b. Payment Process:
Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as WISE, PayPal, and Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of these payment processors.

c. Late Payments:
Invoices must be paid by the due date specified. Late payments may result in project delays and suspension of service and may result in additional fees and/or removal of the site from the internet.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and timely information.
Supplying required assets, such as images, text, or credentials, as needed for the project.
Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership:
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. Media Mar retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

b. Third-Party Materials:
Media Mar may use licensed third-party materials in projects. Clients are responsible for adhering to the terms of these licenses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private and secure. This includes, but is not limited to, login credentials, proprietary materials, and client data.

7. Limitations of Liability

Media Mar is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
Loss of data due to third-party services or hosting providers.
Delays caused by client actions or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Revisions and Refunds

a. Revisions:
Revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges.

b. Refunds:
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only provided for services not yet rendered.

9. Termination

Media Mar reserves the right to terminate a project or service if:

The client violates these Terms and Conditions.
The client fails to provide necessary information or payments within agreed timelines.

In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Media Mar may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

12. Governing Law
